Owner, Principal Agent

Lee has close to 20 years' experience in financial markets including banking and insurance. He is board licensed in property and casualty (P&C) as well as life and health (L&H) insurances. He has been voted Best of the Best in Caroline County for insurance agent/insurance agency as well as businessperson of the year many times. He earned his BS in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Lee is based in our Ladysmith office.

Office manager, Agent
Betsy is a retired school science teacher who now manages the day-to-day office operations and bookkeeping. She is a board-licensed property and casualty insurance agent and earned her BS in Biology with teaching certification from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is also Lee and Micky's mom. Betsy is based in our Ladymith office.

Micky is a former pharmaceutical bioanalytical chemist who focuses on commercial exposures. He is a board-licensed property and casualty insurance agent and a Certified Builders Insurance Agent (CBIA), the only agent in Caroline who has earned this designation. Micky earned his BS in Chemistry from the University of Mary Washington. He is also Lee's brother. Micky is based in our Bowling Green office.

Pepper is a retired insurance agent, who worked 30 years as both a property & casualty and life & annuities professional for a Virginia insurance company with an office in Caroline. He was a top producing agent for the company at the agency, district, state, and southern multi-state regional areas for many years. Many former clients thank him to this day for the good advice he provided over many years, particularly in annuities as the value of having a knowledgeable professional on their side has become more apparent as the clients approach retirement themselves. He has been involved in other business ventures including owning/operating Gulf Oil stations and real estate. Pepper is also Lee and Micky's dad. He has been and continues to be a valued advisor to us. Thanks for everything, Dad!

TINGLER, Sr.
Chuck was a retired certified public accountant, operating accounting firm Tingler & Miller later Tingler, Miller & Guy, and successful businessman. Before his passing, he was the Executor of the William A. Cooke Estate and William A. Cooke Foundation in Louisa, Virginia. He, along with his wife, Fannie Lee, were and are valued advisors. Thank you for everything Granddad and Grandma. We miss you, Granddad.
