We aren't looking for just anyone. We're looking for the best. Tingler Insurance agents aren't typical salespeople. We are community-focused advisors. We want what is best for our clients and always advise accordingly. When recommending yourself here, if the first thing that comes to mind when others think of you is not, "This is a great human being" then you are not going to work with us. We're looking for superstars.

✔️Qualities we are looking for:
Property and casualty insurance license
Some experience
Comfortable talking with people both online, on the phone, and in person
Technology/computer proficient
Self-motivated, desire to grow
Positive attitude
Community involvement
